A true-blue academic, our Chairman was the first Police officer to receive his doctorate from the prestigious University of Stirling and in economic crime no less. A veteran of the Royal Malaysian Police force, he served for 34 years, and then was extended twice as the first Security Advisor to the Government of the State of Sarawak. He is passionate about integrity and has written several articles that have been featured in major domestic dailies.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for integrity, he leads by example, guiding our team towards achieving our organizational goals. His extensive experience and innovative approach make him a driving force in addressing complex socio-economic issues. Through his leadership, he fosters a culture of transparency and ethical governance, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of promoting positive change in society.
